At first I was hesitant but I called and I spoke with Tommy and he was very helpful, patient, professional, and insightful. At that current time I was also exploring my options with my current mortgage holder at that time in regards to refinancing and Tommy was able to help me with a better deal. Through extensive questions and my contemplations on doing this refinance Tommy was very helpful by giving me plenty of examples and scenarios, he never pressured me, he even told me that I still had the option to go with the refi that my current mortgage holder at that time. He didn't continue to call me or pressure me whatsoever and that's what I really liked. When I received the email indicating that my mortgage had been paid off, I thought that was it and that I was not going to hear from anyone except the new loan company but I was wrong. After several unsatisfactory gyrations with other lenders, we talked to Joey about a VA streamline refinance of our home. We had specific objectives to reduce the monthly payment while not adding a significant amount to the existing loan balance.
